Friday June 17th - Assessment – To “collapse the gap” and bridge to how we want to be: On day 1, hidden barriers are uncovered as you begin creating the strong foundation of a new blueprint to live your Heart’s Desire. Desire and Discontent are honestly assessed – Where are we? Where would be like to be? What is the cost of remaining where we are? What programs are running? What patterns have we adopted that keep us in set place, and away from living our Heart’s Desire? A sound bath elevates and nurtures us through this part of the journey.
Saturday, June 18th - Tools – Gathering the forces, closing the gap. Becoming more skillful at standing guard at the temple of the mind, noticing thoughts that don’t serve you. Elizabeth puts it this way: “Thoughts are like seeds, and an apple seed always grows into an apple. We CAN choose our thoughts!” Thoughts lead to feelings, feelings lead to actions, actions lead to result. You’ll discover and excavate paradigms and patterns of thinking including: where have I been playing small? Looking at the frequency of where you want to be, discover and experience how to get a match for that. Clearing obstacles with Archetypal Excavation, Soul Retrieval exercises and accessing your own unique Power Animal.
Sunday, June 19th – The Blueprint - Building the Dream, EVOKING and experiencing an empowered realization of the vision that you created over the past 2 days. Exploring next steps. A visit from your Future.
