Cancellation and Refund Policy 

If a participant cancels their reservation they have two options:

1. REFUND: Participants who cancel before August 20, 2024 will be entitled to a refund of amount paid:

• less the amount of processing fees on the original payment(s)
• less a $250 per person administrative cancellation fee  
• No exceptions

2. CREDIT: Participants who cancel before September 1, 2024 have the option of applying their payments, with no cancellation fee, toward the cost of another Heart’s Desire Retreat within 18 months of the cancellation date.   No monetary refund will be given once the option of keeping the credit has been chosen.

No credit and no refund will be given for any cancellation notice received after September 1, 2024.
