Cancellation and Refund Policy for Participants
A cancellation request can only be given by email to [email protected]
If a participant cancels their reservation they have two options:
1. Receive a full credit of payments made toward another retreat, or
2. Receive a refund minus administrative cancellation fee.
REFUND: Participants will be entitled to a full refund minus a $250 per person administrative cancellation fee when notice of cancellation is received on or before March 1, 2023. No exceptions. After March 1, 2023 and until April 1, 2023, participants who cancel will receive a credit for their payments, no refunds. Effective April 2, 2023 onward, no refund or credit is available.
CREDIT: Participants who cancel before March 1, 2023 have the option of applying their payments, with no cancellation fee, toward the cost of another Heart’s Desire Retreat within 18 months of the cancellation date. No monetary refund will be given once the option of keeping the credit has been chosen.
No credit and no refund will be given for any cancellation notice received after April 1, 2023.
